  • If the output says command not found, you will have to install ffmpeg.
  • In the terminal, type ffmpeg -version and press enter.

  • Open a terminal window by pressing command and space on your keyboard to open Spotlight, typing Terminal, and pressing enter.
  • These instructions differ depending on what operating system you are using.
  • Open the unzipped folder, copy the folder named sample_files, and paste it into the ffmpeg-artschool-main folder.
  • Open the folder where the ZIP file was downloaded (probably your Downloads folder) in a new window and unzip the file.
  • Click the name of the folder sample_files and select Download from the drop-down menu.
  • You should see folders named bash_scripts and powershell_scripts.ĭownload the sample files for the workshop
  • Open the unzipped folder, and then open the folder named ffmpeg-artschool-main.
  • Open the folder where the ZIP file was downloaded (probably your Downloads folder) and unzip the file.
  • Click the green button labeled Code and choose Download ZIP from the drop-down menu.
  • Go the Github repository for the workshop.
